We ordered online and picked up in drive thru. Our food was ready when requested and was correct. My only complaint was the amount of meat on each piece. Thighs had VERY little meat and mostly breading. Seems to be typical at most KFCs

Placed a mobile order 45 minutes before closing, they confirmed my order, the app said my food was ready to pick up(after waiting 20 minute's in their parking lot), i went through the drive thru, LIKE THE APP TOLD ME TO DO, for the manager to tell me that they cant make my order, now 25 minutes till they close. I ordered 20 pieces of original chicken and they couldn't make it because they were going to be closing in 25 minutes. We were out a late dinner and still no refund 12 hours later! I will NOT be returning!

Haven't had KFC in while few years actually found a 24 dollar deal online the chicken was dry the sides were small. They should have specified the size cause it was 2 spoonfuls for a teenage boy bisquits were also dry I will not be ordering again used to love the food was my fav but they really went downhill

They can’t even read directions and follow them. Ordered two combos. Exactly the same. They sent ONE. The receipt claims my order was checked and double checked but that can’t be true considering the receipt says 2 combos and they bagged and sent only one combo.
