Not the employees fault. But the chicken is just horrible. The tenders are all gristle and bread.
It's just really bad food for really high prices. Honestly will never eat at any KFC again.

They can’t even read directions and follow them. Ordered two combos. Exactly the same. They sent ONE. The receipt claims my order was checked and double checked but that can’t be true considering the receipt says 2 combos and they bagged and sent only one combo.

Lady working window on 6/3/24 between 9-10pm was completely rude. Need better employees complained about us and other people coming through around closing was extremely rude about everything times says you close at 10:30pm we got their at 9:40pm

If they were less busy with smack talking each other maybe my order would have been right. Usually not an issue here but here I am writing this. Pay attention to what someone orders not everything else

It's a major chain, so I'm sure there's nothing I can add on a food review that will be adding to a knowledge base. This location has always been fast getting food out. Additionally, the staff are mostly friendly, even when it's obvious that they are short staffed on some shifts. Not my favorite as far as restaurants go, but it will do for something quick.
