I absolutely love Starbucks, and was thrilled when they finally opened one in Krogers. I am not one to comment on anything, especially negative, however, since certain staff members have left, things have gone down hill. I understand hiring and maintaining staff is a factor, however, why are your machines always down or you are "out of supplies"?
