We came to the Texas Roadhouse today and many employees leave the restroom without washing their hands 😅
We love Texas Roadhouse. My only complaint is WHY does it have to be so cold in here??? Especially in the summer wearing summer clothing. It’s miserable to eat inside and the food gets cold immediately.
horrible experience. wasn't allowed getting a refill at bar after I sat and wait after eating hot wings. bought my adult daughter a drink to be told " give me the glass " it's a policy. I asked where the policy was and she lailughs and says it's our policy it's not posted. so I got grilled by a manager in front of other patrons. stay away
