Something was clearly going on there today. The floor was covered with all these dead bugs. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have swept them up but you can see all the bugs in the picture and that was just one little area. I would have thought cleanliness would have been a concern but I guess not. I purchased a coffee but after seeing this I was afraid of what it looked like in the storage areas and kitchen so I just tossed it and left.

The last time I visited this store was 3 years ago, I have it 3 stars because of the rude service, now I thought I would try it again...wow, the service is now even worse. Its the same problem, this time it was a tall male wearing a red shirt, he gave me a very weird look and rudely said get over to the other registrar...the hell with this place...apparently management puts up with this type of behavior. Now I give one star...congratulations. 🙄

this location often closes early without notice and is almost always out of standard menu items like iced caps, cold brews, and sandwiches. food is sloppily made, sometimes burnt, old, etc.

I just want to say that I have always loved Tim Hortons. This location seems to always have an issue though. I asked for an egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich before and they didn’t have any eggs or bacon. The last 2 times I wanted a chicken panini, they didn’t have any chicken. I ordered a turkey club instead and I got a ham and cheese sandwich with no bacon. It’s unbelievable how incompetent the staff here is. I loved Tim Horton before Covid and other locations are good now, but since 2020, this place has the worst employees except for maybe one or two of them. No motivation or work ethic. Very disappointing for a wonderful place that should offer quality alternatives. I miss the yogurt parfaits too! Theres never any soup or chili at this location either

Place was deserted at the time of my visit. Employees, who seemed parked and content at first, literally vacated the front counter as I was entering the door. I waited and had to verbally request attention as they joked off to the side. When I got it, it was still a couple minutes before I received service and that service was with bad attitude. Poor customer service was enough to override the decent level expected of box store food.
