Id argue, a taste of nostalgia too. They've maintained everything the Canadian Tim Hortons has abandoned.
On top of this, much more versatile menu I'd argue.

A woman named Brigid was screaming at us when we were patiently trying to order. They became extremely disrespectful the second me and my 5 siblings walked in. My little sisters were confused why we were being yelled at for wanting to pick the donuts for our timbits bucket. It was an extremely disrespectful environment and I don’t think I will return. They didn’t even give us half of our food. It took forever

Something was clearly going on there today. The floor was covered with all these dead bugs. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have swept them up but you can see all the bugs in the picture and that was just one little area. I would have thought cleanliness would have been a concern but I guess not. I purchased a coffee but after seeing this I was afraid of what it looked like in the storage areas and kitchen so I just tossed it and left.

The last time I visited this store was 3 years ago, I have it 3 stars because of the rude service, now I thought I would try it again...wow, the service is now even worse. Its the same problem, this time it was a tall male wearing a red shirt, he gave me a very weird look and rudely said get over to the other registrar...the hell with this place...apparently management puts up with this type of behavior. Now I give one star...congratulations. 🙄

Timmie's is the best coffee ever!! We love the folks at our Steubenville Timmie's!! Great service, always smiles and friendly..keep up the good work!
this location often closes early without notice and is almost always out of standard menu items like iced caps, cold brews, and sandwiches. food is sloppily made, sometimes burnt, old, etc.

They literally have nothing but coffee. Don’t expect to get a Turkey sandwich or anything chicken.
If you want to pay $6 for nothing then go ahead, coffee is good though. It depends on when you go if the employees are rude or not
