We dined in for lunch today and the service was excellent and the food was amazing!! Everything came out fast and hot and they asked if we needed anything a couple times. I highly recommend this place.
Has gotten noticeably better in recent months. Around 6-12 months ago, orders took waaaaaay longer than what was stated, one even taking 2 hours. No complaints as of lately, very good food, very good delivery times, and no issues with customer service. I am not certain if management or staff changed, but improvement all around.
Tonight (12/16) I made a large order online, I had it for delivery and it went past the time that it said on the computer (delivery time was 45 minutes). I tried to call about the order at least 6 times and kept getting an automated message saying press 0 to speak to an operator. When I did that, it hung up on me. So, I drive there.

Based on the reviews, Vocelli Pizza serves great pizza, including a great gluten free pizza, and is considered the best pizza some have ever had. The food is great, and the ambiance is a style that is liked, with a cute, cozy atmosphere, dark colors, rustic wood, and nice customer service. The staff and drivers are very friendly, and one employee was very friendly even while the place was absolutely nuts. However, the restaurant is often understaffed, with difficulty keeping staff and long wait times. Orders are frequently messed up, with missing pizzas, wrong toppings, or missing parts of the order. The prices are pricey if deals are not used. The phone often goes unanswered, and delivery times can be late. While problems are usually fixed, the amount of times problems happen is considered pretty bad, with mistakes happening at least 70% of the time.
