“Went there today after seeing they were open the day before, looking foward to getting the Western Bagel that we like. Went in and saw an entire new staff. Saw that tables were out for use so hopefully we can stay there in the colder months to eat. Bagels and coffee were good. Glad they are open again.“

“Stopped in around 9:30 pm on a Friday for some donuts. The gentleman working the counter apologized for not having fresh filled donuts and cream sticks available however fresh cake donuts were up for grabs and some donuts that were left over from earlier in the day. I went with an assorted dozen- vanilla and chocolate coconut frosted cake donuts, a couple glazed, some powder sugar donuts both regular and cinnamon sugar, a devils food, lemon sour cream, regular sour cream, blueberry, and a chocolate frosted. I wish I could say there was a favorite but there wasn’t. All the donuts were so fresh and had a little crisp to them! Even the next day the donuts were fresh- even after cutting into most of them to try pieces none of the donuts went stale or hardened over night. The frosting was still soft as well. Great little donut shop, don’t let their hours get you they open back up in the evenings if you miss them in the mornings. Will be going back“

“I don't go to Hudson very often, but when I do, I make sure to stop at Bruegger's Bagels. I love the western egg sandwich and the twice baked hash brown. But today was very disappointing. My twice baked hash brown was cold and my western was missing the peppered bacon. If there was chipotle mayo on it, I couldn't taste it. It was very dry and tasteless. I ordered my food to go, so I wasn't able to have it correct. Maybe next year I'll stop again and check it before I leave.“

“Good bagels. You can get good Bagels in many places. This place opens at 6a! I work at our local Childens Hospital in our ICU.

6am is when those of us who protect and serve are up and need food. I'll choose Einstein every time from now in for that reason. Thanks for getting up with us.“
