I’ve been a longtime customer who has usually had enjoyable experiences at this location. However, the other day was not one of them.I was extremely specific regarding my order. Asked for bagel sandwiches to be toasted first then toasted after putting the sandwiches together like they normally do (I.e., make them a bit crispy golden brown). My first time here, and I wasn’t disappointed with the beagle’s. We got everything beagles , rosemary olive oil beagle with honey and walnut cream cheese and honey sriracha, it was delicious ?. Would definitely come back again .

Went there today after seeing they were open the day before, looking foward to getting the Western Bagel that we like. Went in and saw an entire new staff. Saw that tables were out for use so hopefully we can stay there in the colder months to eat. Bagels and coffee were good. Glad they are open again.
