Went there on Wednesday after pre-ordering the day before on Tuesday for a pickup of (2) lunch $8.99 meals and a $6.99 biscuits and gravy for me and my elderly friend Barb in Parma for Thanksgiving Thursday. When I arrived, my order was not ready. Mr. Ricky Vincik (Certified Trainer) offered me a free loaf of dessert bread to compensate for the mistake carry out person's mistake.
