Went to Bob Evans on Gilchrist Rd had (3) 20% off 2 from text messages and 1 email. Went to pay our bill and showed my 20% off was told it expired yesterday, I just got them yesterday I think she could have honored them being only 1 day. I didn't look at them before going to the register. I've gone other places that had expired and was still honored. Poor customer service as far as I'm concerned.
Highly recommend the big "serves 10 people" meal options -- food was delicious and was packed in a large, easy to carry box that contained everything needed including nice serving utensils, condiments, plates, silverware and napkins. I am from out-of-state and was putting together a meal for after my Mom's graveside service. I'm so grateful for this option to order a delicious home cooked style meal with all the things. All it takes is a call or request to Corporate instead of making excuses or just ignoring the fact that there ARE people out there that would like to order carry-out who DO NOT have access to the internet...
