Drive thru and delivery only? So people who don't drive or don't wanna pay the crazy delivery prices for a place 3 minutes from them cant get a coffee and a sandwich? That is completely ridiculous. Dunkin just lost my business even once I get a car.
Was at the Stow DD this morning at 9:30am ordered some food and large coffee. Great until the drive-thru attendant dropped my change on the ground, apologized which I appreciated but I had to attempt to get it. Then got my coffee with the lid not completely on, did not come off all the way but enough that my hand, shirt, pants, and council was effected.
