Let me start off by writing this about Sammy. I’m going to first assume she’s a manager and if not she needs to be promoted. I seen this girl today at the store understaffed, training, under pressure and still never lost her cool. I did not mind waiting for my order although I waited for about 15 minutes, but watching her work under pressure and maintaining great positive attitude with customers. The food is always fresh and yummy, the restaurant is always clean but the service is the best part. My 4 year old has made friends with Nate and the team and they all greet him with warmth like he’s their next door neighbor kid.
