To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with your Stow location. What occurred is not only unacceptable, but also a complete breakdown of professionalism, organization, and respect for loyal customers. On August 29th, I placed an order and shockingly received food that was already half-eaten. With a full house of guests waiting to eat, this was not only embarrassing but also an egregious failure in basic food handling standards. Upon calling, your staff admitted the food belonged to an employee and was taken by mistake—an alarming sign of disorganization and a clear lapse in kitchen standards. I was told I would receive a full credit for this incident. However, when I called on September 5th to redeem the credit, I was informed that it had inexplicably been reduced to only $30.00. After confirming with the staff that my full order would still be credited, I was later contacted by a manager who told me it was only $30.00, dismissing my concerns. When I explained that my guests waiting for food were worth far more than a $15.00 discrepancy, I was told bluntly, “I disagree.” The manager then canceled my order entirely and told me to “find somewhere else to eat” before hanging up on me. This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and deeply insulting to a customer who has been loyal since your opening. My family and I had always chosen Romeo’s Pizza as our first choice for pizza, but after this incident, I cannot in good faith continue to support a business that treats its customers this way. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this situation and take corrective action at the Stow location. Until meaningful changes are made, I will be encouraging others to stay away from Romeo’s Pizza, as no customer should be treated this poorly. This experience has gone beyond a simple mistake. It is a serious breach of trust and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I expect a response and accountability from someone in higher leadership.

Has consistently good food when picking up. I ordered once for delivery and it took forever and pizza was not hot so I won’t do that again but every time it’s picked up it has been fantastic. Subs are good pizza is good!

Wow what a pleasant surprise! My first time ordering here. My order was right and I had the Italiono deep dish and it was amazing . Thanks guys for the great food and service. The delivery girl was also great and friendly. Well I had to edit this to let you know this is my second day because of course I couldn't eat the whole thing in 1 day. It's still delicious..........Well this is 2 weeks later and I ordered completely different food. The young lady I spoke to on the phone also delivered my food . She was extremely pleasant and the food is of course delightful.

The Italiano deep dish never disappoints and I don't think we made it out of Stow before the Stromboli was gone. We drive from Charlestown to the Stow location because it's our favorite and that says a lot it's about a 30 minute drive one way. They have great coupons and if you join their club every 100 points is a $10 off coupon. To give you an idea, with the 20% off coupon I spent $39 on 2- 2 topping deep dishes extra mozzarella and 2- 2 ltrs of soda and 1 -20 oz.

The best pizza shop in Stow! Service has been friendly and professional. Pizza is very good, cooked well with plenty of sauce and toppings. Just a heads up, they’re a little old school, so get ready to pay with a physical card. No apple/Google Pay just yet.

Used to love to order from here. Went in this last time & all employees had long hair with no hair nets on or their hair even pulled back. Got home to a hair in my pizza, actually cooked into it. Luckily it was the first piece I pulled out. Tossed an entire $50+ into the trash.

Online order issue. I used the $3.00 off a $15.00 order but it did not get added to my order. Really my fault for not double checking to confirm if it went on the order or not.
I ordered two half-pound wings through DoorDash, which were advertised as 5-7 wings per half-pound. Instead, I received only 3 wings per order. When I called the store to address the issue, I was initially told I was speaking to the manager, only to find out later in the conversation that this was not true.
On top of that, the pizza I ordered was made incorrectly, adding to my disappointment. I spent over $50 on my order, only to be told the wings now weigh more due to the distributor, which is why I received fewer wings. However, this critical information was not disclosed on DoorDash or the store’s website where I placed my order. Why not inform customers upfront or, at the very least, accommodate loyal, paying customers with additional wings?
The lack of transparency and poor attention to detail in making orders correctly is unacceptable. I would not recommend supporting this business.

Always have had a great experience here! I always order a large pepperoni pizza with romano on top. Everything else is standard portions. Today we placed a carry out order at 8:20 from the app. We went to pick it up and did not check until we got home. It is overflowing with cheese when we did not ask for it. Too greasy from the cheese hurt our stomachs. Just sad :(((

Order two 1/2 sheets one pep one cheese the bottoms where over cooked said something to there employee they didn't even as to bring back for they can remake so I ordered a small he pulled out early I'm diabetic I had to eat but they could have corrected problem they didn't don't order from here
