Waited 45 minutes!! For 6 items and they still forgot to give me the fiesta potatoes. There was at least 3 other people waiting for over half an hour meanwhile they were making the drive thru orders, not the pick up orders. I don't expect much from Taco Bell but I am disappointed. They were also grilling the food while it was in the deli paper.

I went through the drive thru window and employee’s were very friendly and service was very quick. I did receive everything I ordered
Repeated bad experiences have made it so I drive the extra 10 miles to goto a different taco bell. I like the food just not from here. Always cold and old as heck. And you get the wrong thing all smashed in a bag. Consistently. Employees are goofing off usually and take a really long time. Been there with a line, and without at different times.

Ordered at 8p.m, order delivery time kept getting pushed back, thought maybe they were busy. Whatever. Order time estimated delivery 9:45. Order gets canceled. Immediately refunded. We put the order in again, thinking it was a mistake. We finally recieve the "order" at 10.41p.m and it's about half of the order. It was a 4 person meal and 3 drinks. Me and my daughter didn't get our food, at all. So we all shared what did come and ordered pizza. Still waiting for a response from the restaurant on getting the rest refunded after now 3 hours of trying to get what we paid for. Absolutely horrendous. Do not recommend! Good luck if you even recieve half your order.

I've had better food from other taco bells, especially the nacho bell grandes. I don't know why this location is different, but they also never cut my quesadillas. Its happened three times. I keep meaning to ask about it but I never remember until I'm home. Employees have always been nice.

Waited 40 mins for a door dash order and never received. Other dashers were waiting 30 plus mins as well or unassigning orders. I lost a lot of money waiting on their slowness. The manager was running the entire restaurant with minimal staff and she was hustling her ass off. I will never accept an order or be back to taco bell ever again because of this experience.

i was just in picking up a delivery that i could see sitting on the counter & i went unacknowledged for 10 minutes (7:39-7:49). having worked almost two decades in various food & customer service establishments, i truly can empathize with the fact that sometimes, it gets busy. it even gets busy across multiple channels at the same time. but for THREE people to just stare at me at various times between their drive thru orders is honestly unacceptable. i would have happily waited twice the amount of time if someone had just simply said “hello, we will be with you in one moment.” if that one little, simple thing was done, i would quite literally not be writing this review at all right now. i hope if anyone that works there is reading this, please take this as a learning opportunity. i know there are nasty karens out there, but i felt like one eventually once i loudly said “hello? i have been looking at the order i am picking up for 10 minutes, all i need is for someone to pass it over to me please 😭” that could have been so much easier for everyone involved, & i really hope that my constructive criticism can help the employees do better 💖

I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you all!!!! 🎄
Ridiculous wait times, 23 minutes at the drive through with only 2 other cars. Horrible customer service. This spot used to be great. The list of issues I've dealt with in the last 3 months is very different from how it once was.

Occasionally they forget one of my items when I do a mobile order. I typically order for multiple people at a time so it's hard to see everything in the bag until I get back home. Then it's a toss between driving back and getting the item or just dealing with it. That said, this is still my favorite taco bell in the area and I will always go here above others.
I was in a rush received my food fast and my nachos actually had a great portion of everything they came with unlike the Kent Taco Bell who ever made my nachos deserves a raise
