Very slow service through the drive-thru,we went there twice yesterday both times it took over 20 minutes to get through and get our food,both orders was a online order, and it wasn't that busy either, food was correct and tasted good,just super slow service, waited over 5 minutes and the speaker before anyone even spoke.

Every time I come to this location ivs been ignored or told that they dong know how to scan my code to receive points. Instead of going to the manager they brush me off. The kitchen always looks sporadic as if they dont know whats going on. Looks understaffed.

Went through drive thru...greeted by super friendly lady. It always makes my day when anyone goes beyond in friendliness, and this day at this Wendy's was one of those days. 4 biggie bags for a quick lunch and topped off with friendly staff. Thank you very much.
Dietary restrictions: My son has horrible dairy allergies, but Wendy's is a chain that allows him many options that most fast food places don't offer for dairy issues.
