My wife and I were at 63 to celebrate my birthday the table we were seated at my view was watching the dishwasher washing dishes. We started off with calamari and walleye, calamari was not seasoned and was tuff great presentation but cooking technique did not hit home, ordered the corn bread and was over baked and lacked flavor. We had a little stay-cation in Strasburg this weekend and we're convinced we HAD to try 63 Corks. The internet strongly advised on having a reservation and I'm glad we listened. It's a small place so it fills up fast, even without a special occasion. The menu rotates based on what they have available and I think that is so fun. Best food I've ever had. Nate the chef stopped at our table to ask how everything was. The pork chop was the juiciest chop I ever had. Every part of the meal was superb Maggie our server was on top of it. Our favorite place.
