Let’s face it, McDonald’s sucks. But I stopped at this one late one night and I was hungry and staying at the hotel next door. I did a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, it wasn’t very busy and I waited a while, but when my food came, it was piping hot and correct, well worth waiting a few minutes.
I usually keep these positive, but this place is a crap shoot. You never really know what you might get....your food....someone else's.....have got good things....have had them forget the burger patty twice. Once they refused to fix it, saying there no way anyone could have done that, and I must have eaten it. Staff is normally pretty nice and tend to blame management.
Only reason I give five stars, is so it shows my review. They handed us cold food and the worker looked back at his co-worker and said “what are they gonna do jump through the window at me “. This is probably the worst mc Donald’s in north east Ohio ,
