All the lights were on and they were supposed to close at 2am. I got there at 1am and sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes without anyone there taking my order. They said they had to close “about 30 minutes early” after I pulled up to the window. Do not go here it’s always slow and they charge way more than others.

Strasburg Taco Bell is getting to be a joke! Ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, order still wasn't ready and had to sit in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. Drive thru guy almost dropped one of our drinks, the other one was a mess with the drink all over the sides of the cup and the lid crushed to the point it wouldn't even go on the cup...and he left it like that and handed it to me. Paid for sour cream on one item, didn't get it..Cinnabon iced coffee was horrible, burrito wrap was so thin you could see through it. And this is exactly why fast food restaurants shouldn't be paying $15/$16 an hour!

I've given this place several chances but I won't be getting anything from there anymore. You have to order extra cheese on the Mexican pizza because they barely put any cheese on it, and you get charged 80 cents for that, everything else we got was cold and not crunchy at all. Sad to say, It's literally the worst tacobell I've ever went to.
