Supervisor here just sucks, food order was wrong too
I went through the drive thru and ordered two beef soft tacos, just beef. they put everything on it, i went inside to fix my order, the ticket order said i never said just beef soft tacos so i had to pay for new ones, and the ones i had already paid for they threw away. horrible HORRIBLE service. smh maybe don’t rely on an ai to run your drive thru..
