Based on the reviews, Hardee's has very friendly and hardworking staff, including Nick, Mckenna, Hope, Omega, Jackie, and Kathi. The service is described as excellent, professional, and makes customers feel like they are in a 5-star restaurant. The food is fresh, hot, fantastic, and the flavor is great. The dining room and bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and there is a nostalgic atmosphere. One complaint is that the parking lot is horrible, like a mine field with deep potholes. Overall, customers had a very good experience and are excited to go back.
