After trying the Delux Fish sandwich and Classic Chicken sandwich, I have a hard time choosing which to order! Both are always hot and fresh not to mention generously portioned!

Showed up at 2pm. The door to the lobby was closed and locked. Lazy people. If they can't even open the lobby I wasn't going to see what corners they cut with everybodys food.
I placed a mobile order at 11:46 am on January 15th for 11:52 am pick up.The lights were on but doors were locked, nobody attending drive thru speaker, and nobody in the drive thru window. I spoke to corporate for ten minutes at the window to document the issue and to initiate my refund which I couldn’t process without the staff at this location, who had apparently been raptured. Please, set the store to closed on the app if there is an emergency and you cannot operate. I would understand that.It’s especially frustrating for me because consuming food hasn’t been easy for me recently. I really needed this meal while I could still eat.

Took over an hour to get my order. After waiting 30 minutes for my pick up order, I inquired about it and they didn't even know about it. Furthermore, they made the food the moment the order was in, but then it just sat there unnoticed. I went home and ate my cold, stale, depressing food.Totally understaffed and the staff that was there looked completely overwhelmed. Management here needs to do better, I don't blame the staff in the slightest.
