The ice cream tasted old/stale. There was not an ice cream list to order from the drive-thru, and the young lady on the intercom spoke broken English and could not tell me the flavors. I will not be returning.

I had the Mangonada it was pretty but I wasn’t too impressed. The store is really nice and clean. Not much cakes and items stored in freezer. I wish they would’ve had butter pecan ice cream but it’s good. Very pricey. They have competition down the street on that so I think they should lower the price. Dunkin doughnuts was tempting they looked pretty stocked on there selections.

Not only did we order 20 minutes ahead of time but when we got there to pick up our in shop order it was blazing hot inside. They had about 8 people working at 9 in the morning and not one of them looked like they knew to do their own jobs. We then waited for another 10 minutes because our order wasn't in the mobile order pickup area just for them to hand us 2 melted shakes that weren't even made correctly. The blonde at the drive through window was too busy complaining about her job to even realize that the order she had with her at the window was supposed to be in the mobile order fridge instead.

Still can't get it right! Last three times I was in here I was given jamoka. I specifically said I want jamoka almond fudge. Even had the girl go look and she came back and said yes we have it and she still gave me jamoka. This place is going downhill over the last 3 years. I will see the ice cream serving was about average today but the last 10 times I've been in here then I come here a lot there was hardly any ice cream not even enough for one scoop it was ridiculous about overcoming into this place. Chow You've gotten a lot of money out of me I'm done I'm over it

Constantly understaffed during the day, and I'd say about seven times out of 10 I am told that they cannot make my drinks either because they're the only person there or because the blender is broken or because they're out of this or that it is literally almost an everyday occurrence, they move super slow, slowest Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to and they pretty much refuse to do anything besides make hot coffee and donuts, pretty much anytime you order from the Baskin-Robbins side they can't do it because they're out of something or because they're the only person in the building which doesn't make sense because even if you are alone you're still running the business and should still be accepting all orders. Your afternoon and evening employees will be the downfall of your business

I wish I could have gave it a minus 5 ! They have 6 kinds of ice cream , it tastes SO OLD !! My husband wanted a banana split , they said they haven't been ordering bananas ! What ???? It's JUNE for christ sakes !!! I have never had worse ice cream in my life ! It is 6:30 and they took out most of the ice cream to clean the coolers !!! I ordered a scoop of pistachio and I think I'm going to be sick !! It's rotten !!! No apologies , they just don't care . 10 bucks for 3 scoops of rotten ice cream !!! I'm contacting corporate !!!! ????????

The last two times we’ve ordered from here via DoorDash, they’ve never had the ice cream or ingredients needed for the sundaes. It’s been very disappointing as this is supposed to be one of the best ice cream spots! I’m going back to Dairy Queen.

I went in the store to order my birthday cake. This is my favorite cake. The girls were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Baskin Robbins cakes. I got mine ordered. I can't wait! Baskin Robbins is hands down the best ice cream and specialty item store. Thank You so much.
