I was just there tonight 4.25.23 and the girl on the walkie was extremely rude when speaking to us. she told us we need to wait untill someone says they are ready-to-take our order. she said her guy doesnt even have his headset on very snotty and witha rude rudevoice. How am I suppose to know He didnt have his headset on. do I look like a mindreader!!!!! She was extremely rude right off the bat. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!
The foods were good and yummy 😋 the room is nice and warm the employees is very nice 👍🏻
GARBAGE SERVICE! Manager Mary is unable to manage staff to appropriately handle dining room and drive thru customers at the same time. After waiting so long in drive thru for a response I had to ask if there was anyone even there, I was told that WITH 4 MINUTES TILL 11 that they wouldn’t make me a lunch item. It was 4 minutes, just make it. I wouldn’t turn away a customer or loose a sale over that. Customer service needs should ALWAYS be first.
