This is the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. Not only are the bathrooms and establishment gross, the workers are rude and disrespectful. If you order more than one thing they roll their eyes and react as if they are put out by ordering meals for everyone. This past week we ordered 3 of their 6 piece chicken baskets. We only received 3 tenders in each basket. I called and informed them of the situation and was brushed off. The girls working gave us attitude and were clearly making remarks to their friends sitting in the booth. I took my business elsewhere and went to the DQ inTwinsburg, much better service. I highly recommend going the extra distance rather than this dump!

My wife & I went there this evening. The young lady behind the counter wasn't very nice at all. My husband asked for a #4 and she rudely said, “what is that I don't knowâ€. You work there but don't know what's on the menu? She didn't say you're welcome when we thanked her for our food. Every time we've been there it seems to be run by younger kids, and is an older DQ. For the amount of service they get during the summers I would assume they would update it but I guess not. A lot of things on the menu were “Sold outâ€. I would definitely suggest going to the Twinsburg location over this one.

The girl was saying out loud "please don't turn here", because they didn't want to wait on customers. And when I walked in they yelled someone is here. Apparently they don't understand customer service. All the reviews about being run by teenagers is right! Go to Strickland's across the street. Don't go to this location.

Extremely slow service. I feel really bad for the one employee running back and fourth doing everything order after order with the line out the door while the other employee just sits in the back and watches it happen. If you have a chance, don't support this individual Dairy Queen.
