Most often I do not get what I order. Today I ordered a plain bagel. When I opened the bag there was something I can't recognize. Only happens at this location.

Coffee tasted like it was brewed from cheap or previously used coffee grounds. The price is highly that other dunkin donuts restaurants. Will not be going back.

Ever since the update and the new owners this Dunkin is back to what I remember it was when I was younger! The service is amazing, the coffee taste the same literally every day. The only complaint is sometimes the sandwiches are like warm. Overall very very satisfied! Thank you so much!!

Within the last couple weeks, there has been an incredible change within this Dunkin’ location. You can clearly see the management and team are working together and creating a fast-paced and healthy work environment that passes onto the customers, keeping everyone involved happy.
Bravo for finding the correct management and floor team for this location, it’s finally running as it’s been needing to run for years.

i order two exact same drinks, one decaf one reg, and decaf consistently is made wrong. i rarely ask for a remake of my wrong drink, but when i do, its made wrong again. its almost like they do half a shot of espresso for the decaf? other locations make my drinks no problem. not sure what the issue is at streetsboro

Absolutely the worst Dunkin to have to go to. They never get an order right, they aren’t open all the time, waiting for your most likely wrong order for way too long… sucks that it’s the only coffee spot I have on my route but it’s coming close to me not coming back to Dunkin ever again. This pic is how they tried to “fix” my drink… just smacked a new sticker on top and still gave me the wrong coffee that was in the cup. Just a waste of time stopping here.

This is the 3rd time Ive tried to go in and get coffee and the doors are always locked. This morning myself and 4 other guys were outside wanting to buy donuts and coffee….we knocked on the door and workers smiled and waved and went back to what they were doing… Since when does Dunkin not open on the inside? Covid times are over… seems like they just dont want you deal with the drive thru and instore customers…. Never again
Hasn’t been the same. I used to come here almost daily , and after my last experience I haven’t been back since. Threw everything upside down in my bag.

a dunkin down the road made my order completely wrong and this dunkin fixed it for me with no charges. very kind employee and no issues getting the order fixed. dunkin is franchised and this wasn’t even the same owner so this was very cool of them!
