I made an order on my way to pick up my son from school. I figured it would be convenient since the timing was right. I got my kiddo and headed over to the Gioninos. When I got there my order was rang in wrong and only half was made. So now my 15 min wait was going to be 1/2 hour. I have hungry kiddos and just wanted to bring some food home quick. The girl at the counter was super nice and owned up to the error. I appreciated that! She wanted to make it right so she offered us a 2L pop, added in a free slaw, and got the manager and we got 10$ off. The girl made it right. And so did the owner/manager. Being in that industry is tough. I know that most Gioninos are franchised and personally owned. I appreciate the effort that was put in to make it work out for both parties and we will be returning customers!! They were happy to offer a beverage while we waited. Thanks!!! 😊

I hate to write this review because I usually love this place and they've always been great. However, while waiting for my food, I noticed one of the workers wasn’t wearing gloves. To make matters worse, she coughed into her hand and then continued slicing the pizzas. I’m really disappointed. It seems like restaurants are no longer using gloves and hairnets, which is unacceptable. I really like this restaurant, but please wear gloves and wash your hands—these are basic hygiene practices.

I had great service, they were very nice, the sky made it 10x better ? The pizza was on point ? ? ? I had the mushroom and sausage combo and it was delish. :) Service: 10/10 Pizza: 9/10 All in all: 9.7/10

Big shout out to Tammy, who delivers amazing food to my work! She is so sweet and personable, and even knows to bring ketchup for my Jo-Jo's when I forget to ask for it. She definitely goes above and beyond, every single time! :)
Got a large pizza and an 8 piece chicken. Pizza was good but the chicken must have been fried in old oil. Was barely edible. Going to Blasiole's from now on for chicken.
Update: They reached out to me and made an effort to make it right. That shows me that this Gioninos really does care about their customers. You hardly see that anymore these days. Much respect. Stay classy Gioninos!
