Jersey Mike's is usually one of the few chains that no matter which one you go to the quality is exactly the same everytime. I always get a 17 and it's always amazing. This time it was disappointing. Portions were very low compared to normal. What was there tasted great, but the sub was almost all bread. It was like they put a regular portion size on a giant sub.

Staff was ok. I gave them my order and they made the completely wrong sub. I had to say my order multiple times and I couldn't hear them because the music was too loud. The guy behind me had the same problem so it wasn't me. Also for a $20 sub..........sad to say subway is way better. Maybe get ride of Danny devito and spend more money putting more into your subs.

Service is always incredible, and food is good too. I always get the #6 grilled with brown mustard. My only issue is the carbonation on the drinks sucks. I always skip getting a combo and just get fries and a drink from across the street instead.
