Was told they couldn't make a second spicy chicken sandwich. Even though they weren't supposed to close for another 30min. Then I asked if they were out of anything else and they couldn't answer.

So we went in to order and Noone acknowledged us all they were doing was drive through!! When we asked if we could be waited on the guy behind the wall got nasty and said if u don't want to wait until can go somewhere else!!! What u don't want to make money!!! WOW

Made an online order went and picked it up 25 mins from me. Looked like it was all there only had about half our family dinner. I called and told them about it, they said come back and they will take care of it. And give us a lemon cake. Missing tenders and potatoes. So drive 25 mins to get it again. Went thru the drive thru got the bag and seen the chicken tender where still not in the bag. So i went back thru and the lady was very rude said she packed that order and it was in the first beg. Fyi it was not. I explained to her again there is no tenders she was rude. Handed me the box and walked away. I will not return to this KFC again. Do not recommend.

Drive through is so rude, they act like we owe them kindness but they are down right rude to the customers tell them no ice and can’t understand
waited an hour for cold fries and cold Chicken that tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed since the place opened, however many years ago that was. Didn’t get any sauces or my coleslaw.

Really, 2 hours waiting for food to be delivered only to be told my order was cancelled. No warning, no confirmation this place is a joke

Had to place my order three times because my first two mobile orders got cancelled for no reasons. When I got home and opened the bag, they forgot to give me the mashed potatoes w. gravy. So disappointed by KFC quality control and online system. Drove 30 minutes to pick up the food😢
