I ordered a stuff crust pizza on 07/12/2025. From the Streetsboro Ohio location. The delivery time was great. The problem was the pizza was hardly done. When I called and told them I received a pizza that wasn’t quite done. I was put on hold for more than ten minutes with no one ever coming back on the line. Poor pizza, poor customer service but hey great delivery service. I have ordered same pizza in the past and it was very good. Don’t know what went wrong this time and after poor customer service experience can only give 2 stars.😡 To whom it may concern at Pizza Hut. The pizza was actually edible after I baked in my oven for a little while. Thanks for the inconvenience of making me turn on my oven and doing the job Pizza Hut was paid to do. The whole purpose of ordering delivery was to not have yo turn on the stove.

The lady was sooo nice 😊 and her nail color was everything 💕 anyways the pizza 🍕 was nice and golden enough sauce it was good !!! the wings 🍗 I didn’t really care for and the blue cheese was rotten …. But again pizza was perfect !!!

I don't understand the bad reviews.My pizza turned out fire and my cheese sticks are dope. They delivered quickly and brought it all the way up to the room.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I put my card info in when ordering. I realized the delivery address was wrong. I called to change address. The amount was pending in bank account. When I spoke with the lady at Pizza Hut, she said the payment was voided. I received a text to pay again. I sent the payment again. Received a confirmation text on payment. Door dash guy showed up and ask me to pay cash. Showed him the confirmation text of payment. I went to the store, had words with lady. She said I hadn’t paid; even though I had two pending transactions on my bank account. I don’t know who to be more pissed off at; Pizza Hut or door dash or both. Signed, hungry and pissed.
My husband called and placed an order. 1) they put it as pick up even though we told them it was delivery AND they verified the address (we were at a hotel). 2) they delivered it to my HOUSE after we told them the hotel we were at. 3) they put my husband on hold for 20 minutes without even bothering to answer. He then went to the store. Woman there was absolutely rude and told him there was nothing they could do. We had to GO TO OUR HOUSE AND GET IT!?!? pretty sure when I pay the delivery fee I expect it to be delivered to me. Certainly isn’t the first time this place has messed up. Crappy service and we still didn’t even get our food. Had to order somewhere else to eat. Thanks for stealing money.
