Overall excellent experience. First time customer to Slim Chicken and ordered the 4 tender meal and a chicken sandwich. Tenders, fries and the sandwich were very fresh and piping hot. Texas toast, an added touch was just as good.Service was impeccable. Bob greeted us amidst a very busy time, with a smile. He was super engaging when, as busy as they were, did not have to be. Food here is okay. We did have to wait a few minutes after ordering through their drive-thru, but the worker said it was because the food was being made fresh. Chicken tenders could be a bit bigger, but otherwise good. My dad wasn't too impressed with the crispy chicken sandwich. The drink cups and/or the soda fountains may need to be cleaned a bit more often. If there was ever a contest for who serves the saltiest fries, I'm pretty sure this place would easily win. I will need to get a different side for a future visit.

We were in the Streetsboro region so decided to grab dinner here, after we were originally thinking of the Cains across the street. Boy are we glad we came here instead!While the food was ready just as fast as would have been available at their inferior neighbor, the portions were generous, the service was EXCELLENT and the inside dining room was a treat!One could certainly just get drive through or take out, but it was a welcome relief to have a superior dining-in experience here as we had some time to kill before our next engagement. They had an impressive soda fountain, tea and lemonade selection, each table was well stocked with paper towels and ketchup. The service really stood out though! Bob, the manager, made the rounds and was attentive to our needs.I've rarely left the other chicken fingers and texas toast establishment feeling like I'd gotten good value for my money, but we left here completely sated with a big box of leftover fries, for slightly less money than a comparable meal at the other place. The food, arguably the most important part, was also delicious - the wings in the wings and tenders combo were plump and delicious, the tenders were juicy and, well, tender, and the fries were fresh, delightfully crisp and perfectly salted. The one thing I can't evaluate was the texas toast, as it was missing from my combo - something I'm quite certain they would have fixed right away, except I didn't even notice because the food I had was so good and so plentiful. The sauces we tried were delicious - the cayenne ranch in particular was loved, and when I mistakenly ordered online too many of the signature chicken sauce (since the other place never gives enough of theirs), Bob was kind enough to let my wife try another sauce.Seriously, if you're thinking of going to the place across the street, come here instead. If you're looking for a place you can have a seat for a quick meal in a pleasant atmosphere, it's also a fine choice.I neglected to take pictures of the food before we dug in, but included one with the bones and a spoon for reference of how big the wings are.

First time customer, we went through the drive through but the food was absolutely excellent!! Service was friendly and proper, I would give a 5 star but we did have to wait quite awhile even after pulling forward. The chicken had just been dropped so the wait was for a good reason. Will visit again!

Been coming on lunch for the last year or two and without fail the pop is always flat...Edit: Back again now 12:10 PM 11/29 and just got handed another flat coke. Cmon man.Edit: Back again now 11:50am 1/26. First xoke flat, asked for a replacement from the other fountain, received a replacement that was even worse. I'm not a picky person, this is just absurd.

Ordered a classic meal four tender meal with gravy sauce. Waited 30 minutes. Finally, the server comes with two baskets that were not my order even though i only ordered the four-tender meal. The two baskets had 6 tenders, six wings and a load of fries and ranch sauce. This wasn't my order.Tried to tell her I didn't order this but i don't think she was listening. Since I had waited for 30 minutes, i figured i would just eat whatever they brought, so i didn't put up much of a protest after telling her I didn't order this.Chicken tenders were ok, fries weren't good. Wings were tough and rubberily. Definitely would not recommend.

Tried multiple times, every time chicken “tenders” are very small and always pretty dry. Fries are alright. Dessert is good at least.Amazing, have had them multiple more times. Just got them again today. Can’t say the chicken is dry. Got waffles and chicken and they didn’t give me the chicken… yet my kids chicken fingers are over cooked shocker. Still frustrating.
