Was greeted by a nice young lady who quickly took my to go milkshake order. A few minutes later another nice young lady handed me my milkshake with a smile. Tasty, and couldn't ask for anything more.

This place shouldn't even be considered a fast food establishment. Sat in the drive through, two cars ahead of me, for 20 minutes. I hadn't even ordered. Pathetic place to eat. Either needs better management or better workers. Will never come here again. No one should wait 20 minutes to wait to even be waited on, in a drive through.

My favorite Steak 'n Shake! I'm a little biased since I spent a lot of nights after football games and band shows in here with my friends, but even as an adult I love going here. Food is good - comparable to all other Steak 'n Shakes I've been to. The wait staff is always really nice and great about letting their customers know when the kitchen is backed up or if the shakes are going to take a little longer to make. I will say, delays do happen more often than not so don't expect to be able to run in for a quick bite and run out.

Typical Steak and Shake motif. Super friendy staff and fast service. Typically would wait 10 minutes just to place order at OTHER LOCATIONS which have now closed. Order was accurate and packed well for take out.

They definitely don't pride themselves on customer service. I love steak and shake but after multiple trips to this particular one, the staff has to be the most slow and miserable group of people I have ever seen. I really hope they can find some happiness in their lives, I honestly don't understand how people can be that rude and miserable on a daily basis.

It took an hour to get our food. There were lots of other people who came in, got their food, and left in the time it took for us to get ours. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Burger King next door would be a much better option.

While our food was very good, the amount of time it took to get our food with the number of customers to employees working is boarder line unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't in the cleanest condition and it just seems tired. While a good scrub down would do it a world of good, I really feel like a renovation is in order.
