The food here is always great, but the wait time is unbelievable almost every single time I come here. They’re chronically understaffed and will tell you they’re closed in the middle of the day, likely due to staffing shortages.
Higher ups need to get a handle on this place and fix the staffing issues. I know the handful of people who work their butts off, but you’re setting everyone up to fail by not staffing enough people to save a buck. Do better by your staff and customers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I live a few minutes from this location & let me tell you - DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I come through the drive though “we are only taking cash” or like tonight “im having technical issues & im the only one here”. I hate leaving a bad review - but this has been the third time in the last 2 weeks I’ve came through only to be told I can’t order anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING IN THIS LINE TO ONLY BE TOLD THEY CANT TAKE YOUR ORDER. I love Taco Bell so much, it is my favorite fast food place - but my god the Streetsboro location is horrific. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to the next location than ever order from here again (AND I LIVE 3 MINUTES AWAY) Terrible.

The night shift are the rudest people ever. Their mad becuase they are busy becuase it’s a fast food place, want to sit behind the counter, talking crap very loud, to make it obvious that your talking about the customers in the lobby is beyond unprofessional & so rude. Don’t work in fast food in your can’t handle the rushes. I’ve done fast food multiple times & there is NO need to be that rude. “You can make french fries at home”, like what is your issue? all i did was place an order in the lobby.

Every time I come here, it is the slowest service of any fast food chain, right in Streetsboro, Ohio. It’s not the employee’s fault for doing the best that they can. It’s management or higher up, they cannot employ , To be able to deliver service without waiting 40 minutes in a drive-through. Maybe over staff, That way you have multiple people ready to work if need be

I don’t understand how this location can be so incredibly slow. There will be maybe 1-2 people in front of you, expect to wait 20-25 minutes minimum. I wish I was joking. This has been a consistent issue for the past probably 10 years I have visited this location, always awfully slow.

When I arrived to the drive through all the workers were behind the restaurant smoking new port 100’s then when I tried to pick up my doordash the big girl with colorful hair asked me to leave I don’t know her name but she told me I wasn’t getting my food
