Hot chocolate is good but why on earth do I have to put my own butter on my bagel especially when going thru the drive-thru. I prefer them over dunkin but due to this small reason I will be going back to dunkin

I went today and was VERY disapointed. I ordered an iced snowy w/ cherry. It was horrible. Tasted like BO. My Daughter's iced Matcha was Brown! Not sure who that happened but it was horrible as well. I have never been 100% sold on this place but today did them in. Will not be back.

Do NOT get a matcha latte from this place, it is not green like how it should be its brown and looks like swamp water with milk and had no flavor, all i could taste was the raspberry syrup i had gotten in it

We got two frozen esspresso's. I added caramel to mine and it was very good but couldn't taste coffee! The other one had no added flavor so it was pretty bland. Needs a stronger esspresso flavor!

My gosh, this is probably the best coffee I've ever had, and I am a coffee connoisseur! I got the Mexi mocha and it was by far my favorite coffee ever! I wish I had a picture of it but it was also beautiful! My niece got a cold brew and that was amazing as well!

Frozen Hot Chocolate with chocolate suryp and vanilla foam was delicious.
There were two of us standing at the walk up the guy had to knock on the window to be serviced. And let them know hey we’re standing here and you continue to service the drive thru cars. Then the rude cashier says oh we prioritize the drive thru and proceeds to walk away. If you’re unable to service customers properly and respectfully then this isn’t a place I should be spending my money.
