I have never regretted working at a job more in my life. I had no hard feelings with this place, until tax season came. The never sent my W2, lied when I questioned that, then refused to give me the EIN when that's all I really need in turbo tax. EIN is supposed to be public record, and all I can say is, this place is shady when it comes to the treatment of employees. The food is good, and it's a cool establishment, and while working there everyone was nice, but man, their true colors are ugly Afterall.I was going to change my review since HR emailed me my W2, but the new GM of this restaurant decided to criticize me via email. Frankly he didn’t know how long I actually worked there, and while I didn’t work there long, he said “if you worked there for more than a week, you’d know where to go to solve your problem”…this GM is ignorant, and doesn’t care, and while I didn’t work there long, I did work there for more than a week, and frankly, HR is something any employee at any job should be given the contact for on day 1…in my opinion this shows the unprofessionalism of the situation. I left this job because I had a better opportunity, training sucked at this job, and they required there employees to do hours of online lessons while off the clock. If you know anything about the food service industry, they already don’t make much, and to have the audacity to rip them off even more than they already are is ridiculous. I make nearly double the amount I did at this job now, and oh also I get paid for every minute I spend doing things for the job. So criticizing me for how much time I was at this job is stupid, I only worked there so I wasn’t unemployed for 2 weeks, and also because my next job wasn’t set in stone yet when I went to my interview. Each person who trained me did things completely differently, and the recipe book was out dated so practically useless, on top of that, they had a major gnat problem where they keep their mops and cleaning supplies. In reality even if I didn’t have another job lined up I would have still left when I did due to all the unprofessionalism, because on top of it all, I didn’t even get the hours I was promised at my interview when I got my 2nd week schedule and seeing as I had a 45 min 1 way commute, with an additional 30 min commute after work so I could take a shower so I didn’t smell bad since I don’t have running water in my house, it didn’t make sense to go to work for such few hours…fyi I was at the job for around 2 weeks, I know it’s not much more than 1 week, but if you’re going to ignorantly criticize someone, the least you can do is get atleast 1 fact right when you do so. I would have still changed my review to a more positive one if the GM didn’t reply at all, because he responded after I got my W2 from HR anyways. You know what’s great about the whole situation, the broad view location GM was the one to help me. The thing is Wild Eagle has great food, the people at the Streetsboro location just suck, so my issue isn’t even wild eagle or Marriott or Geis, it’s only the Streetsboro location that’s the problem…I didn’t think he’d be so childish with his response, but this is the world we live in, some people are ignorant and can’t control themselves enough to either be respectful in a response or give no response at all.

I’m disappointed. It was a cool atmosphere but my friend got the Nashville chicken sandwich and ended up throwing everything up shortly after her meal she has been vomiting since 4 am. Talked to the gm and since there wasn’t a big number of people whom also threw up from the chicken he doesn’t care about the matter. The lights are dim in the restaurant so make sure you check your food. It did look a little pink to me but I wasn’t 100% sure since the lights are dim like I said. People really don’t care as along as they make their money. Pft over hyped and way too expensive for “barbecue”. I never leave bad reviews but I can’t stand by and let some “manager” tell me my friend didn’t sick from the chicken even tho it was the only thing she ate yesterday 03/18/2024. That is ridiculous didn’t get refunded for the poor quality food and I personally will never go there again. Zero starts from me

Came here for a good steak. Ordered a Ribeye and what I got was a strip steak. Not a big deal, I love a good strip steak. However, this was easily the worst tasting steak I've ever tried to eat. Absolutely ZERO flavor. I can't begin to state this enough, DO NOT come here for a steak, you won't be happy.Everything else I tried while there was great, but man, idk how a place screws up steak that bad.Atmosphere was ok. Lots of overly drunk guys that peaked in high school.

Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in years. I had the sirloin and my wife had the filet. Excellent price and much cheaper than brown derby. You definitely get a good size steak! Only issue was why no rolls? Nice clean place and excellent service! We are going there again for sure!

My husband and I went here with another couple on Saturday evening. The food was o.k. And our server was good Our complaint is about another server and the manager. We had to move from our table as we were actually on the dance floor and there was a band that night. We wanted to stay around and see the band but there was only standing room. Evidently, we were standing in the path of a server from the kitchen with a tray. Instead of politely asking us to move, this server was extremely rude about it. Then proceeded to stand at the bar and talk about us to the bartender. She then walked back by and made a snarky face at me. At that time there a few words exchanged. We are all older people and have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully. This young lady has a lot to learn about customer service! We live nearby and like seeing live music but they lost us as customers.

Our food was terrible. High price point for a low quality NY Strip. The pulled pork and pulled chicken appeared to be cooked quickly over high heat and just cut up instead of being pulled. The service was outstanding.

Brittany our server sweet, knowledgeable and quick! I pick the “pick 2” brunt ends and ribs. He pick the sirloin, loaded baked potato. Food was excellent, huge potato, I took leftovers home. Bathroom is clean & smells clean!
