My mom and I enjoyed a weekday breakfast at the location in Strongsville. Very tasty food arrived in a timely manner. Our server, Ariana was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items.
Came for a weekday brunch date with a friend & her son. Took 30+ mins for my mocktail then food came out a while later super cold, potatoes were so overcooked and dry. Just an overall bad experience. Very low quality and quantity of food. I had a way better experience at the Westlake location. Server was professional. Manager was made aware of issues and never came out to the table.
Walked in door and waited more than 5 minutes to seated or recognized. Coffee was so strong adding hot water wouldn't help. Benedict eggs were not even close to poached. Over medium eggs were well done. Hollandaise was brown and full of salt & vinegar. Order was remade and was incorrect. Manager was very professional .
