Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were told we had a 20 minute wait and waited about an hour before we left. We understand they were short staffed, but the host was barely at the stand. He never communicated our wait time or delays. Tables were done until they were down to 3 and they were seating no one. Horrible service and a waste of time. I can only imagine how long it would have took to get our food. May I suggest just closing for the night next time due to staffing shortage. 0 stars.

The food is always good. The last time we went their Pepsi soft drinks were watered down. Apparently they are backing off of the suryp to cut cost.The waitress brought me 4 different drinks from different taps. All of them tasted watered down. Not a good idea!

Mariah was wonderful. She was very upbeat and pleasant. Food was mid at best, unfortunately. Drinks took a very very long time from the bar. We had to ask for them twice after ordering. Bartender was missing from her station both times which was very annoying. Management seems to have been a large problem this evening. Every customer around us was also not happy with their atmosphere, food, nor wait times.

I have never ordered from here and not had something messed up or missing. Just got home and of course, im missing 4 bread sticks for ceaser salads. Now I have a mad kids.
Last time they gave me blue cheese and not ceaser dressing. I Didn't realize till I took a bite, that it was blue cheese 🤮🤮🤮 I Had 2 chicken ceaser salads, I even added blackened shrimp to both, I get home and, BAM!! there is no chicken or shrimp on either salad. Just dumb stuff. I shouldn't have to take everything out and check at the Applebee's, especially when I TIP more for carside, and then end up having to go in anyways and get it myself because they dont watch CarSide very well. Very disappointed

Managers name is Ron. Completely unprofessional. Made our drinks wrong and then when we sent them back, he proceeded to talk loudly about us to other customers. He even went as far as to give them some of the drinks he made wrong. This has never happened to us before. Super disappointed and will not be back.

We had Tammy! She was amazing very attentive to us and her other tables as she was very busy, seemed like they were hit at once the food did take a little longer then usual but the food was still amazing fresh thank you again Tammy for the amazing experience ( the bartender working tonight was a little to loud talking down about the servers not running drinks fast enough.. I was far from the bar area)

Food is decent, ordered the pretzel and beer cheese app. Not enough cheese or honey mustard for all four pretzels, then they charge for more of either dip.

We were really disappointed with our visit. It took about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then another 20 minutes before the food arrived. During that entire time, no one checked on us, asked if we needed anything, or followed up to see how the food was once it came out. The lack of attention made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming.
