Ordered a French Dip and Swiss on Saturday, June 28. The sandwich normally comes with a Italian Sub Roll. My sandwich came with a Hot Dog Bun. It was so small and pathetic. Talked to an employee and manager and they told me they ran out of the Italian Rolls. I complained and was very disappointed. Definitely got ripped off. Paid a premium price for this sandwich. Never offered me a discount or anything. They should have told the customers that they were out of the Italian rolls. By knowing this, I would never have ordered that sandwich. Told me to talk to the owner on Monday to complain.

Arby's is Arby's. But the drive thru service was good, the lady was friendly. 4 cars in front of me on a Friday at 1 pm. Less than 5 minutes from ordering to driving away.
Honestly this was the worst experience I've ever had at an arbys, waited 30 minutes for my order which was 1 meal and a thing of the mac and cheese bites along with a turn over. The drive thru was empty and it was only my sister and I who had ordered inside. Yet still waited 30 minutes for my food. After waiting for 30 minutes we were still missing food. Which then took about about 5 minutes just to get. Absolutely terrible experience!
