My mom has been very sick and whatever she has a taste for we are getting so we can get some food in her. She wanted Culver’s. I went to the Strongsville location. I was missing a good portion of my order. I called when I got home. I have even spoke with Tammy via Facebook. I have yet to get a call back nearly 4 weeks later. For $50 worth of fast food someone needs to make something right.
Waited 20 mins in the car while other people got their food. Never again will I come here. Un-organized staff is not going to keep this location up and running. Don’t come to this location at night bc even when there was no one in front of us and not busy you will have to wait 20 mins just to get a couple of chicken sandwiches and a dessert.
