I placed 3 order for caside pick up. After sending HERE message, I waited for good 15 minutes and still no one showed up. When I went to the Strongsville shop to check the status, they told me my order was cancelled due to duplicate order, but no one notified me. No text or call about order cancellation. What a poor service. When I talked to the person, his response was so robotic. He was keep repeating only one thing that duplicate orders would cancel itself, its new update in system. But when I ask, shouldn’t I get some automatic response from system that my order has been cancelled, so I would not have wasted my time. he was just keep repeating about update and he said that doesn’t matter how many time I ask him for explanation, he would repeat the update story again. Ridiculous robotic stafff.

It’s 3 pm on a Saturday. Made an online order THEY TOOK THE MONEY and there’s no one at the store? Y’all are the WORST location in Northeast Ohio 😇

I came here a while back and the manager was polite to me and a couple of customers. What was a red flag was she quickly turned on a dime, belittling the employees who were clearly working quite hard but forgot to put ads on a couple of boxes. After that, I decided I'd just order from a location that was just as close (feel free to take a look at that review). TBH, I'm ashamed I didn't say anything but also wasn't aware of the full context.
Then, this past weekend, I put in an online order. Shortly after, I was warned by a mom who'd heard from other moms that this location had gone downhill and that this location will just randomly cancel orders.
The app showed my order was already being prepared so I figured it must've been someone with a different experience or things have improved. After about an hour of hanging there in the prep phase, mine was cancelled!
It's understandable that businesses get overwhelmed and plans change but that's a long time to let an order enter the prep phase just to be cancelled.
Based on that, can I really recommend them?

The 1st girl that took my order was very rude. She hung up on me without giving me a price or how long the wait would be, so I called back. The woman that answered that time was just as rude. Told me it was over a 2 hour wait and the large 2 topping pizza and 2 liter was $42.00??? No thanks!! If zero stars was an option, that is what they'd get.

Manager is a poor excuse for a person working customer service. Threatened to call the cops when we showed up asking about our order which was pending in prep for almost two hours. Shut this place down. They don’t deserve to do business in strongsville.

Worst experience ever. I talked with 2 different people by phone, trying to order one large, one topping pizza. I was put on hold for about 10-15 minutes, gave up, then my hubby tried calling. No answer. So he ordered online. Web site said pizza was going into the oven, ready in 15-20 minutes for pickup. I arrived about 20 minutes later. I was ignored for a very long time. Finally one of the two employees took my money. She looked up the order AFTER I paid, and said it would be a while, at least 20 minutes. Pizza hadn't even been made, much less ready! I requested my money back. I'll NEVER go there again.
I spent 45$ at this location and when I asked them for get some souces like ranch and marinara they said 1$ each. I ordered breadsticks so at least they have to give me 1 dip of Mariana sauce. Everything is good but customer gives them order so they have to give some sauces free.

A horrible experience. I ordered food online using my credit card. When I went to pick it up, the staff told me my order hadn't been paid for, so I ended up paying in cash. However, I later discovered they had actually charged my credit card. When I showed the staff member my credit card statement as proof, they refused to respond.
Furthermore, I ordered Buffalo wings, but what I received were just regular wings. The worst part was that the pizza was undercooked.
I will absolutely not be going back. I also want to remind everyone to be cautious when dealing with businesses like this.
