We enjoyed a fabulous Father's Day meal at Don's Pomeroy House. Our daughter and I had Filets, which were perfectly cooked and my husband throughly enjoyed the Scallops. Our server, Megan, was very attentive, kind and professional. My only issue was when reviewing the tab last night I discovered a $14.00 charge for Crispy Brussels that none of us ordered or received. UPDATE: Don's contacted me about the error on the tab and will be sending us a Gift Certificate....
Don's Pomeroy House delivered a great dining experience for us and another couple. The bar is isolated downstairs so we could engage in conversation in the quiet dining room. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered just the right level of attentiveness. The food was prepared as we ordered it and we enjoyed the dishes. Pacing of service was also quite good. We dined on a Thursday night so the dining room wasn't as busy as it might be on a Friday or Saturday...
Excellent server named Tammy! Food was great along with the service. Ambiance was good. People were appropriately dressed although that is beyond the restaurant's control but it does show respect for the venue! Nice quiet atmosphere. Overall great experience! Will definitely be back.
