Mediocre food, at best, and overpriced. Pasta noodles in the Spicy Shrimp linguine were like mush. Pizza was delivered to the table lukewarm. Serving staff was good, but they are very understaffed. Overall, not impressed and won’t make an effort to try again.

The food here is absolutely incredible. Every dish is full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience feel special. On top of that, the atmosphere is just so relaxing and fun, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy the vibe.

Funny story. Years ago I used to work at the location when it was Paninis. Any how the food was great. Service was excellent we were seated right away and attended to right away as well when we sat down. I will definitely be back for more food and hospitality at this location.

Gino’s is going down hill, and it breaks my heart. I love supporting local businesses, and I love Italian food, and this place has such potential, but has gone downhill so badly in the past year that I will not be returning.
The quality of the cuisine is poor, food from the kitchen is slow, and the pricing is too expensive for the experience delivered.
I dined at Gino’s today, sat at the bar with a nice bartender named Jess, got a glass of wine and the bruschetta and sausage and pepper sliders. The bruschetta was terrible, the bread was triple thick, burnt. The sliders had a tiny piece of uncut sausage, and too much bread. And it took too long to come out.
I’m rooting for the owner, he’s a nice guy and I wish him the best. The restaurant business is tough, especially in Strongsville, there’s competition everywhere. On a positive note, the place is clean and when they open up the patio they have a nice outdoor bar and dining experience as of a year ago.

Friendly and courteous staff. They are short staffed, but worked as quickly as they could.

Gino's food never disappoints.
The only issue is we never seem to get the bread we ask for AND it's SO good. ( take- out orders)

At Ginos now, and have currently been waiting an hour for my food. I’ve been here once before and ordered takeout a few times. The takeout is usually ready in 25 minutes so I’m not sure why we’ve been waiting an extremely long time for everything today. Server didn’t even bring bread until the salad came….
In the same breath we watched another couple come in after us and get most of their food before us.
The food is usually pretty good. Wondering what the difference is today in how long it’s taking versus when we pick up. My boyfriend isn’t happy with how the salmon tastes or how his pasta is seasoned. And my Mussels are overcooked 😪
Bad experience overall.

Me and my boyfriend came to dine in on valentine’s day and oh my gosh…. best chicken parm i’ve ever had. I got chicken parm and he got pepperoni pizza, which was also delicious. I feel like the prices were reasonable because of the portion and the quality of the dish. Our waitress was so kind and always made sure we had enough to drink. Very happy we chose to go there :)

My wife and I had our Valentine's dinner here. As we entered the restaurant, Ana greeted us with a warm and inviting smile. She informed us up front, their chef had called off, and Gino was running the kitchen. Ana asked for a little patience, to which we gladly agreed. Once seated, Haliegh took our drink order (a bottle of their house cabernet). The staff were moving rapidly around the dining room, getting out the orders as quickly as possible. Our bread came to the table, and we ordered our appetizer and entrees. The cheese wedges, salads, eggplant parmesean, and spicy shrimp linguini were all delicious. Gino did a great job with the food, and even though they were "short-staffed," the time between order and serve seemed no different. It did not seem to take any longer than you would expect. Anyone who has been to Italy (or Europe, for that matter) knows to slow down with your dining experience. The restaurant was busy yet clean. Tables were bused right away and the service was great. Kudos to the whole crew on a job well done.
