Just going to be honest about my lunch visit. Saw the restaurant in the clip and drove by a few times decided to try it. I do have my Italian spots hoping this may be one to add but no. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, wedding soup, salad and diet coke. The cola was just that a bar cola which is just ok. The side salad was fresh and delicious. The sauce tasted Jared and premade, chunky did not stick to the noodles which is a no go for a true Italian. The meat ball hard and tough to eat no flavor. Same with the soup looked good but no flavor sadly. Added lots of salt and pepper but just wasn't able to bring it to taste. The service was great and friendly. The gyro looked good on the other tables but I was looking for Italian as they said more than Italian and I cant say that it was. Good luck hope this helps.

Really liked the Parmesan, the gyros are as good or better than some of the ones you get at a deli.

A Hidden Gem for Lunch on Cleveland’s Westside! My family makes it a tradition to go out for lunch once a week, always hunting for something fresh and local—and Gino’s More Than Italian absolutely delivered! When I heard they had launched a new lunch offering, I didn’t hesitate to pick it for our weekly outing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Gino himself is not only a fantastic host, but a true professional who genuinely cares about his guests. He made his way to each table, checking in and offering a smile and kind words—something you rarely see these days. The food? Outstanding. The value? Even better. I ordered the meatball sandwich, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had. The meatballs were sliced perfectly to fit the toasted, crunchy bread, which impressively soaked up the flavorful sauce without turning soggy. Every bite was crisp, hearty, and comforting. My parents each ordered a pizza—pepperoni and sausage—and let’s just say one would have easily fed them both. Luckily, the leftovers made for an excellent next-day lunch! My aunt raved about her fresh, well-balanced salad, and my other aunt and uncle enjoyed both the wings and the soup—nothing but clean plates and satisfied smiles all around. Portions are generous, the pricing is fair and thoughtful, and the flavor is clearly crafted with pride. Though she wasn’t working during our visit this time, I have to give a special shoutout to Dora, one of their standout servers. In previous visits, she’s been nothing short of phenomenal—attentive, professional, and genuinely in tune with guests’ dietary needs and preferences. You’re never left with an empty glass or an unanswered question when Dora’s on the floor. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-timer, Gino’s new lunch menu is worth your time—and your appetite. We’ll absolutely be back again soon!
Mediocre food, at best, and overpriced. Pasta noodles in the Spicy Shrimp linguine were like mush. Pizza was delivered to the table lukewarm. Serving staff was good, but they are very understaffed. Overall, not impressed and won’t make an effort to try again.

The food here is absolutely incredible. Every dish is full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience feel special. On top of that, the atmosphere is just so relaxing and fun, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy the vibe.

Funny story. Years ago I used to work at the location when it was Paninis. Any how the food was great. Service was excellent we were seated right away and attended to right away as well when we sat down. I will definitely be back for more food and hospitality at this location.

Gino’s is going down hill, and it breaks my heart. I love supporting local businesses, and I love Italian food, and this place has such potential, but has gone downhill so badly in the past year that I will not be returning.
The quality of the cuisine is poor, food from the kitchen is slow, and the pricing is too expensive for the experience delivered.
I dined at Gino’s today, sat at the bar with a nice bartender named Jess, got a glass of wine and the bruschetta and sausage and pepper sliders. The bruschetta was terrible, the bread was triple thick, burnt. The sliders had a tiny piece of uncut sausage, and too much bread. And it took too long to come out.
I’m rooting for the owner, he’s a nice guy and I wish him the best. The restaurant business is tough, especially in Strongsville, there’s competition everywhere. On a positive note, the place is clean and when they open up the patio they have a nice outdoor bar and dining experience as of a year ago.
Friendly and courteous staff. They are short staffed, but worked as quickly as they could.

Gino's food never disappoints.
The only issue is we never seem to get the bread we ask for AND it's SO good. ( take- out orders)
