Great experience with Chris I believe was their name, one of the GMs. I came in with my grandparents for the first time and she saw us look a little confused, and jumped right in to explain how it works. She even came around the counter while we ordered to check on us, and throughout the meal. I was a caterer for several years and Chris provided nothing short of exemplary service and care for their customers, which is not something you always expect at fast casual spots. If you see this keep up the great work, you’re amazing!

Wanted to try it so I got it delivered. Got the seasonal Chicken Shawarma. Very small portion for the price and charged .79 for fresh lime.. it was a lime wedge!! I know .79 is change but c'mon for a lime wedge! I also had to add seasoning to it after I received it. I read reviews how the food was mediocre and not worth the hype but still wanted to try the place. Never again. And posted this review right after I received my order and was able to go back and edit it. Didn't even finish my meal the chicken was weird and grayish.

The food is so tasty! I got a make your own stir fry, sesame garlic sauce. It’s a great quick meal without feeling bad that you have to eat fast food. Bryan walked around the dining room several times to make sure all the customers were pleased with their meals. I have been here several times and always look forward to coming to strongsville to stop in!
