Schnitz Ale Productions is a hidden gem in the middle of an industrial park. This brewery and tasting room offers a unique experience, with a small but cozy atmosphere and a great selection of beers. With 13 taps and a small food/snack menu, visitors can enjoy a flight or try one of their many beers. The pretzel is a highlight, and sandwiches are excellent. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is great, with high top and lower tables, as well as bar seating. The staff, including the owner, is knowledgeable and friendly, making visitors feel welcome. Recent reviews highlight the friendly service, especially from Sam, and praise the variety and quality of the beers, such as the Soft But Stout white stout, which is described as very good and somewhat dangerous. The space has become a cozy spot since Schnitz Ale now makes their beer there, after the Brew Kettle's production was moved elsewhere. Though the food options are limited, they are delicious and complement the beers well.
