I hate that I don't catch their name, but my daughter wanted to try Macha for the first time, so I asked if I could get a water just in case she doesn't like it. They said if she didn't just bring it back. She did NOT like it, so I went back up, I didn't see them but I started telling the cashier and the story and started ordering something else. They ended up telling the cashier to give the new drink to us for free since my younger daughter was brave enough...
I give it four stars, because it usually takes a while for me to get my coffee. When I come here, there’s always a huge line. But I will say stuff is always friendly and the coffees are always yummy!
I was really surprised at how long the wait was at this Starbucks. I've witnessed a lot of the busier ones but this one seemed to have a decent flow of guests filing through. The queue of people waiting for their orders was over 25 at one point. Perhaps they were short handed or extra busy but I felt like it took 15 to 20 minutes for our order. The service was friendly and helpful as well.
