After getting tired of pizza not fully cooked ,burnt,or hardly any toppings,I decided to try Briar Hill. It was perfect. Dough and sauce excellent I'll be back to try regular pizza and wings.

First time & can't believe it took me this long , I'm not big on pizza but when I crave it I try & find the best & I think I don't have to look or go far now 6 mins 😁 sauce tab but sweet ,But 👍🏼 deliciosio

Just ordered for the first time today and we will be back.... OFTEN! My husband said the man behind the counter was very kind and had good vibes. We ordered a Brick, a plain cheese, a pepperoni and a white with the banana peppers and this is the best pizza we have had around here in a long time! The sauce is sweet and so flavorful. The Brick had the toppings layered in so even though there was a very generous portion of toppings, there wasn't a lot of fall out. There was enough cheese and sauce and the crust is crispy, not greasy but so soft inside. I want to share pics but unfortunately we were so excited to eat, I didn't get to take a pic of the pizzas before the family tore into it.

Absolutely fantastic food!!

Edit: 6 years later, and this place has changed location and ownership. The flavor and quality remains as it did before and they are better than ever! Still the best Brier Hill pizza in the area, and it's hardly close in my opinion.

Amazing!! Even the next several days after! Some pizza is only good on day one, this was amazing every day until it was gone no matter if it was cold or warmed back up! Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch!

Cannot speak highly enough of this lovely local pizza place. We always drove past for years, one day decided to try it and have been ordering their pizza and fries regularly ever since. All of their pizza's are excellent my favorite is Lexi's hot honey so good. Can't forget the fries too. Always walk in and out with a smile. :)
