Selah Restaurant Reviews
We finally tried Selah Restaurant and loved it! The old bank building gives it such a cool vibe—especially the huge vault door. The food was delicious (those crab cakes and the Italian cream cake are a must!). But what pulled it all together was the staff. We were treated like old friends. A special shoutout to our waitress, Carrie, who was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—she made the whole experience even better.
The food is very bland and overpriced.
I just went to Selah and had the Mozzarella Bacon Burger for lunch...best burger I ever had and the sweet potato fries that come with it were fantastic!! Don't even get me started on the cakes in that place!! 5 Star Restaurant for sure!! Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful people that work there...I highly recommend this place!!

Selah Restaurant is a cozy spot with a warm and vibrant atmosphere, blending old history with new decor. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service. The menu features superb food and wine choices, including delicious appetizers like the whipped feta with honey and warm olives seasoned just right. Main courses such as the Niagara Falls Walleye and homemade gnocchi with meatballs are cooked to perfection, with dishes like Coq Au Vin and garlic mashed potatoes offering flavorful bites. The salmon is cooked perfectly and served in generous portions. Desserts like the banana salted caramel cake are a must-try, and the in-house cakes are fresh and delicious.
The restaurant also has an old bank vault available for private parties and hosts shows, adding to its unique atmosphere. Customers praise the freshly prepared and delicious food, with the ricotta gnocchi and double-cut pork chop with candied bacon mashed potatoes being standout dishes. The service is generally good, though can be slow at times. Overall, Selah Restaurant offers a great dining experience, earning a solid 8.2 rating from satisfied customers.
