I had an issue come up with my order and it wasn’t handled properly at all and I left with no resolution. I submitted a complaint and the GM, Ross, immediately called me and listened. He apologized for everything and was able to kindly and professionally resolve the issue.The food is good and I’ve been here a few times, but this was the only time I’ve had a problem.

I really like the New York Steamer. But then, I'm heavily biased toward pastrami.? Really tender! Price is about what you'd expect for today. Good all around place if you have a couple of minutes to wait.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently tried Firehouse Subs' veggie sub, and it was absolutely fantastic! The combination of fresh veggies and delicious toppings made for a delightful meal. The chips were a perfect side, too. Beyond the delicious food, the customer service was exceptional, making the overall dining experience top-notch.
