“The atmosphere in the Old Mill is wonderful. Raphael give us good service and conversation. We tried four of the sweet wines, little daisy, their peach, BlackBerry and Rouville, buying a bottle of the ladder to take home. They do not have their own Vineyards so these are their recipes made from syrups but they are very good.“
“Beat cheese and prices in all of Amish Country. Bulk prices for case purchases cannot be beat. Angela always makes us feel welcome as does her mom. We visit every few months and purchase for our entire family. Excellent cheese and wine products with great grab and go snack specials. Clean bathroom, great relaxed atmosphere, cool knick knacks, beautiful lace decor, and a friendly smile. Our go-to place for over 20 years!!“
“We always love Breitenbach but it is very busy on a Saturday and the woman doing samples inside seemed very overwhelmed. Thankfully they also had samples in the purple barn and the young men running things in there were lively and fun. In the future we might keep our visits to weekdays and avoid some of the crowds but overall still a good experience.“
“We went early afternoon on a Monday and the place wasn’t that busy so the lady really gave us a lot of attention and was able to give us an education on their wines and the grapes. The service ,wine, and atmosphere is GREAT. This was our first time here but will not be the last.“
“The $5 burger nights are awesome. The Hans special is one of the best burgers I have ever had and the fries are always perfect. Our waitress did very good too despite the fact that she was totally slammed, it was very busy. Love this place.“
“Had their Redemption Cabernet and it was not even remotely dry... They really need to change the description. Advertising a dry red like cab is such a deceitful way to coax 1/3 of all wine drinkers that drink dry, only to let them down when it's so sugary and sweet that it makes your teeth feel gritty.Also saw a video on their FB that they pronounce their name like "contagious"??? Did someone seriously spell "Winetagious" wrong and then they had to commit to the wrong spelling forever? Not even going to take a star off for the weird sweet cab, but I am giving 4 stars for not just committing to the misspelling and pronouncing your name "Wine-tay-gus."“
