They double charged me for a burnt order of pretzel bites on August 16, 2025. Told me to take it up with my bank. Which involves cancelling the card for fraud. So pissed.

It was very expensive for a pretzel. Nice service, but .... I hate it when you pay, and it asks for a tip.. while I understand the reasoning behind tips at sit down restaurants and delivering things to your house. I do not understand why they now think you should tip everywhere.

So I had the pleasure of shopping at the outlet and went into this fine place for (2) medium mixer lemonades and a large pizza pretzel and a cheese sauce. I spent over 18 dollars on four items, first off the service was horrible I guess because I didn’t tip off my card, I can tell the shift and tone in the girl (cashier) which I still had time to tip in cash but that was a big no, no for me and second the cheese sauce was cold. So are these people working off of tips to ring us up? I don’t mind tipping if I’m being served and the service is good but I’m not tipping no person with a bad attitude and flat out rude.

The cinnamon pretzels with cream cheese always hits the spot. I tried the strawberry frozen lemonade and was pleasantly surprised. It was way better than I thought it would be

Pretzels were dry and luke warm, cheese was cold. There just wasn't much flavor to the pretzels. Very disappointed compared to other Auntie Anne's I have been to.
