Second time at Bob Evans in one weekend. First visit at another location was amazing. On my second visit, at another Bob Evans.. I ordered same chicken tenders. It was over cooked and missing tender portion of chicken.. pretty dry. Didn't bother to tell the waitress but paid in full and notified them as I left.

Unfortunately it was a horrendous experience. The entrance smelled like a septic tank had exploded. Thankfully, when seated, the smell was not present. It took over an hour to receive our food. Our waitress was forgetful. An unfortunate experience.

Arrived at noon after spending Monday May 19 morning shopping with 3 family members. We’re seated right away as only 7 tables were occupied and there were 2 servers working. We were surprised they had so few customers at lunch time
Got coffee and 5 minutes later put in our orders - 3 breakfast options and 1 sandwich. We waited. 25 minutes AFTER we ordered the waitress came back to tell us they didn’t have the makings for the sandwich. The family member immediately changed the order. We waited another 20 minutes and still no food. We called the manager over and told him at this point we had been in the restaurant for 1 hour and still no food. 5 minutes later the food came out but they hadn’t made one of the breakfast orders. That arrived 15 minutes later
We ate quickly and left ASAP. The manager comped the breakfast that came out at 1:15. But I still ended up paying $50 for that staggeringly incompetent meal service for the 4 of us
Okay Sunbury Bob Evans you win. You convinced my family and I to never return

Service was terrible. The waitress we had to ask 3 and 4 times for food, drinks and bread. They were not busy at all. Will never go there again. 😠

We were seated immediately, closely followed by our waitress taking our orders for coffee, which came quickly, and she took our food order smiling kindly through our added butters, pancake syrups, special French Vanilla and cream requests. Food arrived quickly. Several coffee refills. A very pleasant young lady.
