Boyfriend and I had dinner there. My loaded mashed potatoes weren't but barely warm. Plus no green onions. I did ask for some and was given them. Everything else was fresh and hot. Server was super nice. Drinks were off the the wall expensive. Hot apple cider was really good!

Let's just say there is 0 management.... and the kitchen is being ran by some incompetent people. Clearly its bob evans not a 5 ☆ restaurant. But when you pay money for something it would be nice to get it. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Yep writing this while I am waiting for my the rest of my food since the kitchen can't do their job and put out proper food. I would not waste my time going there. It will be a huge disappointment!

I stop there after Lexington, mid-Ohio events. Great food, fast and excellent service at a reasonable price. Its right off the interstate and tons of vehicle parking for long trailers or motorhomes.
We happened to stop by on a Sunday evening and had a nice dinner. From the time we walked in til the time we left it was great. Our waitress was Tricia and she was fantastic. We had a group of 8, and she handled it great, our food came out hot and fresh. What a wonderful experience we had.

I’m not usually the person to leave a bad review because I know that sometimes places have their bad days, but I could not let this one slide. When we got there the wait to be seated was about 5 minutes, not bad. Then we were seated it took 20-25 minutes for anyone to come up to our table to ask us for our DRINK orders. The girl that helped us was such a sweetheart and she also took our food orders. Then after seeing us get our orders taken another woman came up to us and asked us what we wanted to drink, you could tell by her demeanor that she knew she was in the wrong. When we got our drinks the sweet teas were not sweet, obviously it was nothing a few sugar packets couldn’t fix but it was still irritating counting the time it took to even get our drink orders in. Then our food came out, the eggs that were supposed to be sunny side up were raw. And our food was cold. I asked the woman who brought out our food to take the eggs back and cook them more. When they brought them back out they were still raw. Then they forgot pancakes with 2 of our orders and then also forgot butter and syrup. I understand that sometimes places have bad days and service isn’t up to what it would be on a good day, but I honestly can’t find an excuse for it being like this.

I'm going to start by saying I love Bob Evans. Specially the breakfast food. Today was a very upsetting experience at this location. The food this time was a disappointment. The salad was not fresh lettuce, very wilted and chicken was dry. My burger was way over cooked with very few onions and mushrooms Kids said the eggs were good and only one liked the pancakes. The service was probably the worst I've had at any restaurant in a while. I had to go up to get silverware after food arrived, didn't get asked if I wanted a refill until after food was done, had to remind the server about an order of eggs that didn't come. Atmosphere was decent but nothing outstanding. I will say the manager made it right after speaking with them about the visit.

Service was horrible starting with the hostess to the waiter. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Eggs were way under cooked. Had to ask for the home fries that went with the meal. Waiter never checked on us until everybody else at the table was finished with the meal. Ask how everything was told him my concerns he said I’ll just take off your bill. Then he still charged for the home fries that came with my meal. And never once did he apologize. Went to pay and the manager had nothing to say. Just told me my total. As we were sitting there the hostess was seating other guests and stated sit here, they asked to sit in a booth. She then said fine and threw their menus down and stormed off. Will not go back to this location again. No wonder their lot is always empty.

This was Antonio go order and it took forever to fill. Also, a gentleman had a to go order that was supposed to be ready by 4 and it wasn't ready till 4:30. Plusbthey were not that busy
