Server was very nice , food was awful! See photos below. I can see why place had no customers. Worst breakfast dinner I ever had. Bacon was not close to being cooked , hash browns were nasty with oil / grease and black chucks of grill leftovers. Photos below are how hash brown was served to me on my plate. Not worth the money ! Go somewhere else or go hungry !!! Not even going to rate food as it doesn’t deserve one star. Eggs were diced into little pieces again see photos below.

Powdered eggs, frozen hash browns, instant mashed potatoes, gravy mix rather than made in house. Have not been to Bob Evans in a long time. They've obviously made massive changes in their menu to cut costs. Very dissapointing, Bob Evans was always one of my favorite restaurants.

BOB WOULD BE MAD!!!
My family went several times and at different times of days just to see if the experience was different and sadly it got worse and worse. Each time we waited almost an hour for our food and the place hardly had anyone in there. Servers were decent and helped make the food the cook forgot and even re made the cold sausages. The manager never came by to see how we were or explain why the service was so slow and kept his head down behind the register. I will not be returning to this location for quite some time. Something has to be done!!

Cracker Barrel was too crowded, so we opted for Bob Evan's. It was a pleasantly good decision. Polite staff, the double meat breakfast I got was very good. Pancakes are better than cracker barrel. Prices were acceptable. Only negatives at the table were the hashbrowns and a fried chicken dinner that was ordered. The chicken was old and dried up. Thanks

We has previously gone with our four young children and had been made to wait for over an hour for food. It had been six months so we decided to give them another try. While our server was good as was the last one, nothing can fix waiting an hour for food. Interestingly, manager never approached us. If online orders are slowing down service that much, perhaps stop taking online orders. After waiting that long the food was cold.

Theres a guy named Jimmy that works here, and he is the best.
I went in looking fairly disheveled, (admittedly it hasn't been the best week) and he treated me with kindness and compassion.
A woman in front of me made a pass at him, and he just smiled and said "I'm a Christian man".
I'm not religious or even that spiritual, but I appreciate people like this man.
Ps the food was good too

My roommate told me about Bob Evans, but it wasn't until we sped past on the FWY that I recognized what she was talking about(a lot of nonsense tbh).
She told me there was clean restrooms, and from what I could tell at 79mph they looked great.
Bob's your uncle! Get a pancake, and leave one in the appropriate stall. Gobbless

Ordered online and was scheduled to pick up at 8:00. Went to pick up and after a few minutes wait was told our order was not being worked on because there was no turkey for part of the order. That would have been nice to know 40 minutes before going in to pick up the order.
Was agreed to substitute country fried steak dinner for the turkey dinner. Got home and opened our dinner. Soggy fried steak, with Plain mashed potatoes and stuffing…. old cold pot roast for my meal, some old and some barely cooked carrots and potato soup with raw potatoes.
I remember Bob Evan’s used to be pretty good. What happened?
I wish I could supply pictures of the food. It was surely gross looking.
Place is low on staff. Location likely hurts business. But food was good and we were only ones there at 3:30 so service was great.

This was a great lunch stop. Kylee was an excellent server.
Food was perfect. Host was all business, not extremely friendly-not unfriendly, just all business. But that didn’t impact the good meal.
Parking: Large lot that goes all the way around the building. You could easily get a bus or RV with the parking set up the way it is
