Parking lot has a large pothole right in front of the front entrance. Men's room door won't close, either warped or hinges are going bad. Urinals have a disgusting black residue in them. Why can't some type of chemical or elbow grease take that discoloration out?....

This Bob Evans experience was exceptional. I had lunch with my mother-in-law. Our waitress's name was Jamie and she was excellent and the food was excellent

Stopped here on our way through the area to grab a quick bite. Truly should’ve just kept going till we found somewhere else. The lack of other patrons in the restaurant should’ve given us a clue… Add to the fact that there was only two cars in the parking lot and I thought they were closed so hubby walked in there and the door was open. Our food was not very good at all, and the place was not clean. Definitely not a Bob Evans standard which is sad because it could be a very hot place considering it’s right off the interstate and surrounded by hotels and other businesses. The server was nice quick and efficient. The smell of old grease and definitely turn off. We’ll make it a point to note that we are not stopping through here again.

We couldn’t decide Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel. I wanted a quieter spot so we came to Bobs. My soup was cold and the grilled cheese barely cooked, cheese wasn’t melted and they forgot the bacon. Bob your losing your quality I use to enjoy. Meal returned and we are off to the Barrel!

Went in for breakfast with my fiancé her kids and father. Seated rather quickly drinks come out in a timely fashion. Food order was taken food come out wrong, my fiancé and her father both asked for well done hash browns and they come out way undercooked, my fiancé sent hers back come back out less cooked than the first time. Pancakes were still soggy in the middle. Now onto the restaurant itself the restrooms were dirty, paint peeling off the walls and looks like some type of rodent chewing on the drop ceiling. Won’t be back again.

I am not one to leave a bad review, but the service was horrible, the coffee was cold ask for hot coffee, then ordered food and 45 minutes later we got our food. Cold food.. pancakes,you would think would be hot, COLD, a sandwich cold fries, cold even potroast, cold .. everything cold.. all the servers wanted to do is talk, even i believe was the manager, was talk and not even come and apologize or would not even make things right. Very disappointed in this location. This is the 3rd time we have had this service in this location.

Food has gone down hill. It did not taste as well. The place was old looking looked like it was not updated. This gave the appearance of being dirtythe waitress was kind but food was so slow getting out to us. Will not be going to this location again.
