Second time at Bob Evans in one weekend. First visit at another location was amazing. On my second visit, at another Bob Evans.. I ordered same chicken tenders. It was over cooked and missing tender portion of chicken.. pretty dry. Didn't bother to tell the waitress but paid in full and notified them as I left.

We were seated immediately, closely followed by our waitress taking our orders for coffee, which came quickly, and she took our food order smiling kindly through our added butters, pancake syrups, special French Vanilla and cream requests.

We have always liked Bob Evans......but this is a location that we no longer stop at. There are many tables available but you do not get seated, SO slow and frustrating to say the least, really don't understand! This isn't the first time that this has happened but it is the last. With so many tables available and we clearly see that, we decided to leave. You obviously don't care about the customer, really not a good way to run a successful restaurant.
